I didn't feel pushed into the decision which can be the case with many big car dealerships. The whole process was made very simple with good communication throughout making it feel very smooth and not at all stressful. Between them Dave and Simon fit around me when I wanted to view, test drive and collect the car and were very flexible which was very helpful.
